There are two main coffee varieties grown around the world, Arabica and Robusta. We choose only Arabica beans because we feel that the depth of flavour and the aromatic nuances found in quality Arabicas are superior. We also prefer to use coffees that are produced by single Estates. Estate coffees are not blended with coffee grown at other plantations and therefore they can give us a flavour profile that has a unique sense of place. Wherever we can, we like to use coffees that are Organic, Fair trade or Rainforest Alliance certified.
